Hi there, I’m Chloe.

 

I am a multi-skilled health and wellbeing coach. 

A registered health professional holding an MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy (ADMP-UK). I've had experience working with many different client groups, both within the NHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service/Inpatient Mother and Babies Unit/Women’s Acute Inpatient Unit) special schools, women affected by domestic violence and people living with dementia. This enables me to connect with people from all walks of life and think on my toes.

 

Using the skills I've learnt above, I offer coaching sessions for those times in life where more direction and clarity are needed either personally, professionally or both. Life coaching is solution focussed and supports you to move forward in life actively and positively. No obstacle is too tough to climb and no one needs to face them alone.

I am also a Level 3 Pilates Instructor with Body Control Pilates Association (2013). I've practised pilates for as long as I can remember having first been introduced to the modality at ballet school in my teens as a way to ward off and prevent injuries. Since leaving the dance world after 12 years having climbed to principal dancer with Sir Matthew Bourne’s international award-winning dance company New Adventures, pilates seemed a natural path to take as a way to support others in keeping their bodies strong, lean and supple.

 

In 2017 to deepen my own practise I qualified as Ashtanga Vinyasa Rocket yoga teacher having obtained my 200hr certification from The Yoga People  and Yin with Norman Blair. 

I offer pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and meditation as well as life coaching. I teach my own pilates class in Hampstead which can be booked through this website, just click on to the classes and events page above and you'll see the "book now" icon. Alongside this I offer private and corporate classes, please get in touch with me through the contacts page to organise these further.  

All the tools, skills, learning and knowledge I have accumulated through my varied career now play a key role in supporting me to remain grounded and fulfilled through the constant state of flux that is life.
